Behind the Lens: 15+ Years of Jewelry Photography

One thing most people don’t realize about running a jewelry business is just how much work goes into the photos. Every single product shot you see on my site and socials? That’s me behind the camera or my cousin who also does photography. I’ve been styling, shooting, and editing my own jewelry photography for over 15 years, ever since I first started my business.

Jewelry photography is an art. I’ve learned how to find the right angles, lighting, and backgrounds so each piece looks just as good online as it does in person. Doing my own product photography also keeps everything personal. When you shop from my store, you’re not just seeing a generic stock image, you’re seeing the actual pieces I design and wear. I believe that’s what makes my brand stand out.

Fifteen years later, I’m still just as passionate about it. Whether I’m photographing a new bracelet stack or styling a layered necklace look, I want you to feel like you can reach through the screen and touch it.
